Infantry officer's saber
Brass mounting, silver filigree spindle, single-branch hilt and two baguette pommels.
Fine straight blade with rounded back, gutter and hollow sides, one-third engraved with trophies of arms and foliage on a gold background. Leather scabbard with two line-decorated brass fittings.
Late 18th - early 19th century.
