Member's sword of the Institute of Egypt
Mother-of-pearl plate spindle decorated with a motif of Isis Pharia. Chased and gilded brass mounting, single-branch guard decorated with a fleur-de-lis motif. Chased, openwork palmette keyboard. Triangular Solingen blade, engraved and one-third gilded.
Remains of a leather scabbard with gilded brass cap (buckle missing).
