An important liturgical book has now surfaced on the market after being bought in 1967 from the well-known dealer Hans Peter Kraus, who probably obtained it from one of the Princes de Ligne.

The Master of the Privileges of Ghent and Flanders was clearly at the height of his powers with this richly illuminated manuscript. It is in remarkable condition and certainly dates from before 1460.
