The set of drawings by painter, humanist, and libertarian Théophile Steinlen (1859-1923) was the jewel of Beaussant-Lefèvre’s October 23 auction of Jean-Claude Delauney’s library. It entered into the Musée d’Orsay collections for the sum of €446,557.
