Henry Dasson (1825-1896), a rectangular cabinet secretary, with a large leaf opening to reveal a cavity and four small drawers in two rows, on the façade a takamaki-e lacquer panel decorated in gold with peacocks on a tree trunk, framed in amaranth. The front jambs are in the form of an ibis with spread wings whose legs end in three claws, late 19th century, 104 x 114 x 44.5 cm/ 3.4 x 3.7 x 1.4 ft.
