Owned by a branch of the sculptor's family, the two bronze busts, estimated at €20,000/30,000 each, are the models used for The Arab of el Aghouat and The Arab Sheik of Cairo. While a copy of the former is kept at the Orsay, the latter is not found in the collections of French institutions.
