Auctions have decided for now to keep the sale room closed for customers to come and bid in person. This is because of the space available for customers to be able to feel comfortable. When we can reduce the area for displaying goods and open more sitting area for bidding customers, we will then again welcome you back. We are still offering our virtual viewing service using Messenger and WhatsApp on our mobile phones 07778 347125 or 07864 046382) .We do encourage you to either come and view or use our new virtual viewing so you can be happy with the item/s that you are interested in bidding on. What we think is good and what you think is good may be poles apart. We feel this is not practical and so for the time being, you will still need to bid live online from your home, we are accepting commission bids as normal, but we are not able to provide a telephone bid services for this sale. We will review this again for the next sale, so please be patient.</p><p>Our buyer’s premium percentage depend on what type of sale we are conducting. This being our general antiques and collectable sale the buyer’s premium is as stated below.</p><p>Hammer Price £10.00 and under = £1.95 per lot</p><p>Hammer Price £12.00 and over = 22.5%Hammer Price £12.00 and over = 19.5% This applies to Easyliveauction and our website platforms,other platforms will vary</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Section 3: PAYMENT</p><p>Please note that we would prefer payment by bank transfer our sort code and the account number is on the invoice you receive. Payment can also be made by debit card over the telephone on 01782 792585 or 07778 347125 or 07864 046382. We are now also excepting cash when you come and collect your items. if you want to pay in cash you will have to do so before the end of business on the Wednesday after the sale.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Below are the available times</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Mondays after the sales from 9.00am to 3.00pm (WE ARE NOT OPEN FOR COLLECTION)</p><p>Tuesdays after the sales from 9.00am to 3.00pm</p><p>Wednesdays after the sales from 9.00am to 3.00pm</p><p>Thursdays after the sales from 9.00am to 3.00pm (Late Payment Fee Might Be Applied)</p><p>Fridays after the sales from 9.00am to 12.00 (Late Payment Fee Will Be Applied)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>All lots purchased must be paid for before the end of business on the Wednesday after the sale. Failure to do this will incur a 10% late payment charge. All items must be paid in full by 12 Noon on the Friday following the sale, if not the items will be removed, and the Bidder will gain a suspension leading to a block.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Section 4: COLLECTION OF GOODS/SENDING OF GOODS/STORAGE OF GOODS</p><p>We are still going to continue using the collection method that we put into place during the covid restrictions. So, you will still have to contact us to book a pickup slot, you will be given a half hour or if needed a one-hour slot, this will ensure you can check you have all lots that are on your invoice/receipt. When happy you will then be asked to sign a form saying you have picked up all lots on your invoice/receipt.
