CHARLES NICOLAS ODIOT - IMPORTANT SOLID SILVER TEA/COFFEE SET IN CASE 19th C. Important tea/coffee service in solid silver, finely chased in the rocaille style with a decoration of foliage, acanthus and cartouches on an amatized ground. The spouts feature dolphins and the grips flowery and leafy bouquets. It includes a sumptuous tray with handles, a samovar on its stand, a coffee pot, a teapot, a sugar bowl and a tea caddy. All these pieces are housed in an oak chest lined with ruby-red velvet, the lock of which is signed: " A. Gouverneur, Gaisnier, 37 Quai de l'Horloge à Paris".
