Elegant tutti frutti platinum brooch (850) formed by a rectangle with rounded corners entirely paved with old-cut diamonds, eight-eight and half-cut in grain setting, punctuated by two rods and a paved roller pattern in succession, and retaining an articulated cluster of cabochons sculpted and engraved with rubies, sapphires and emeralds, in claw setting, highlighted with black enamel and small diamonds.
