Italian knocker in bronze with a patina after Aspetti Tiziano or Giovanni Antonio Tavagni.
It represents a woman, her torso half naked, emerging from a shell holding two lions turned towards her. It is surmounted by three volutes dug with channels and tied with a ribbon.
Bronze chiselled in high relief and with a brown patina.
End of the 19th century.
