First edition has been realized in 1895 for the publication of Rabelais works. This lithograph has been published by Les Maîtres de l'Affiche with the help of Imprimerie Chaix in 1897. It belongs to the eponym portfolio (plate n°117) which presents famous artists' most famous poster at the time.
