Tempera and gold leaf on panel. On the back is a painting which possibly represents a scene from Hell.
Disciple of Saint Francis and founder of the Clarisses, the female branch of the Franciscan Order, she is depicted wearing her brown habit with a white chord with three knots, and holding the Monstrance, her characteristic attribute.
