A rare, Roman, museum-quality muzzle from a bridle, 2nd to 3rd century
Cast in finely wrought bronze, partially openworked, fantastic state of preservation, with a greenish patina. Fully intact. On a contemporary pedestal. Dimensions 18 x 13 x 19 cm.

Provenance: In a private Belgian collection since the 1980s.
