BREITLING (Sprint Chronograph - Pilot Blue ref. 2212), circa 1969
1970's racing driver's chronograph in the shape of a barrel with screw-down back and thin black steel graduated bezel (with missing). Rally-style silver dial with two metallic blue counters in rally style, featuring the dashboard of the Porsche 911s of the time (hours and minutes), tachometric and pulsiometric scale, applied hour-markers and luminescent hands. Two bracelets, one leather strap and one period blue Tropic rubber strap.
Movement: Mechanical hand-wound caliber signed BREITLING / Valjoux 7730 Swiss.
Diam. 38 x 45 mm. Condition : Beautiful (pencil case added).
