Rare and exceptional TCHALABERT known as Kazak Adler or "with eagles" (Caucasus-Armenia), End of 19th century. Collector's item. Technical characteristics: Wool velvet on wool foundations. Beautiful polychromy. Brick red background decorated with four medallions with stylized "eagles" decoration, enriched with geometrical foliage and symbols such as stylized "S's".Small main ivory border with stylized multicolored starry flowers between four serrated and alternating striped counter borders.
