On the left, hunters armed with swords and pikes surround a tiger while a dignitary on horseback looks on. On the right, a rider watches the killing of game in a garden setting. In the center, a shield is carved with the figure of the European destiny.
Sixteen animals, including monkey, buffalo and dog, are carved in the upper part of the strands.
