Remembering the past One of the pages that tells us about the past of Jazz, Teo and Judas. Specifically, their depiction of the underbelly of the El Raval district of Barcelona. The trio appears in the seven panels of this work, which depicts scenes from their youth. The first and sixth panels give a measure of Roger's talent for giving movement to his characters. They literally fly; Roger has chosen the perfect gestures to give them a feeling of extreme dynamism. Not forgetting, in panel 3, a detail of the environment in which they are evolving, an exterior that covers the entire background of the page. Cleverly, Roger lays out the page as if it were seven photographs placed in chronological order.
"My favorite plate of volume 7. A poet once said that our homeland is our childhood. Jazz, Teo and Judas are clearly on the same page. They spent their best, most fun and most dangerous years together. It's impossible to be more different, impossible to be more united. " Raule
