To take on a literary myth like John Long Silver, one of the emblematic characters of Robert Louis Stevenson's Treasure Island, you need some big shots. With Xavier Dorison at the script, one of the best scriptwriters of this time, and the prodigious Mathieu Lauffray at the brushes, we were sure that the breath of the great adventure was going to break on their pages. This scene is the final sequence of this saga, the one where the man with the wooden leg puts an end to the pact made with Lady Vivian Hastings to return, proud, staggering but haughty, to the place he has never left: the legend.
