Mortar with pestle and floral reliefs. Cast bronze with chasing and engraving, brown patina and little verdigris due to corrosion. Polygonal faceted, with plate-like protruding upper and lower rim, two eyelet handles and eight rosettes running around the middle. Engraved inscription on the upper rim. Pole pestle with nodus and two rounded ends. H 13, D 22.5 cm, weight approx. 7.9 kg. Iran, 12th - 13th century.
