Dutch mortar with house mark
Golden brown bronze casting with chocolate brown patina. Conical on a strong, stepped base plate. The wall is horizontally divided by several mouldings, in the centre a broad band of filigree arabesques, grotesques and fountains flanked by two half figures each. Three house marks above. Below the rim a wide band with Latin capitals: "THANTIERIN LIERT X X X XI". Above the base a horizontal crack, scratches and rubbing of the patina. H 16, D 18,5 cm, weight ca. 6 kg.
