Early dated Hachmann mortar.
Golden brown bronze casting with chocolate brown patina. On the front a coat of arms flanked by two putti with a house mark in relief. Below the rim a broad band of writing in Gothic minuscules: "int iaer ons heren m vc lx". Two zoomorphic handles. The rim with a few nicks, some verdigris in the depressions. H 10,2, D 12,9 cm, weight approx. 1,9 kg. Matching bronze pestle with nodus added, l 19 cm.
