Marius Roustan is a French politician born on February 20, 1870 in Sète and died on February 3, 1942 in Montpellier. Minister of Public Instruction and Fine Arts from January 27, 1931 to June 3, 1932 in the Pierre Laval and André Tardieu governments. Minister of National Education from 1 June 1935 to 24 January 1936 in the Fernand Bouisson and Pierre Laval governments. His name was attached to the law of 30 December 1920 (Loi Roustan) which favoured the rapprochement of married civil servants.
