Self portrait in the garden, 1854 Colored stereo daguerreotype (1/6 plates) original mount with printed label, glass replaced. The label mentions the medal obtained in Florence in 1854 but not yet that of Paris, 1855 of which he will be so proud, for his process of subtly colored daguerreotypes.
