A large silver plated bronze lamp stand, the baluster... Lot 76

A large silver plated bronze lamp stand, the baluster shaft decorated with twisted gadroons supporting long accanthus leaves. The foot decorated with two cherubs sitting on scrolled consoles, alternating with oval cartouches with figures in a leafy frame and holding garlands of flowers. It stands on scrolled and ball feet. The whole topped by a fretel decorated with pomegranates and bunch of grapes. Late 19th century, early 20th century. Height 71cm. (Recomposed)
