Technical characteristics : Wool velvet on a cotton foundation.
A navy medallion with purple scrolls and a multicoloured centre is placed on an ivory field with polychrome floral stems. The four spandrels recall the central decoration. Two undulating counter borders frame the main crimson one with delicate flowery scrolls. (Wear, as is)
