PARIS 1746 - 1747
A silver writing case of oval form with contours on four feet with scrolls and shell attachments. The rim is chased with rocaille and scrolls framing escutcheons, engraved in one of the rocaille with the arms of the Ambrun family, originally from the Dauphiné. It has three cups on a plain pedestal, two of which are round and one rectangular with rounded corners, decorated with twisted flutes and shells on an amatized background.
