SMALL CRUCIFIXO, SHOWER, GINORI MANUFACTURE, 1750 CIRCA in achromatic porcelain. The small sculpture, which depicts Christ crucified, by now dead, with his head lowered, has similarities with the porcelain crucifixes made in the factory on a model by Alessandro Algardi, but probably refers to another model: after all, in the factory, in the "First Room" alone, there were as many as 13 forms by different artists, including Algardi, Soldani, and Foggini.
