An early 19th century carved horn brisé fan, barrel rivet, the twenty one inner sticks and two guards with pointed tips, all carved and pierced in regular, bands, guard length approx. 6 inches or 15cm; and another similar, but in pale horn, the 18 sticks and two guards painted with a band of pastel flowers to complement the carved and pierced sticks, guard length approx. 6 inches or 15cm (2)
