German first edition of this great treatise "L'agriculture et la maison rustique" by Charles Estienne and Jean Liebaut published in 1554. It includes woodcuts in the text for the treatise on distillation and 14 woodcuts for the hunting of wolves which are taken from the great treatise of Clamorgan. Copy incomplete of the last three pages of the table. Bound in full vellum over boards, trace of clasp.
