Measurements: 72,5 x 60 cm; 88,5 x 75 cm (frame). This portrait of Pope Benedict XIII is a copy of the official portrait of the religious, of unknown author, also made on canvas. Benedict XIII was a Dominican friar elected as the 245th pope of the Catholic Church between 1724 and 1730. His personality, contemplative and at the same time practical, led him to be a man of God close to the sufferings of the people.
