View of a colourful farm garden with flower borders in bloom, through which a small green path leads to the courtyard with several buildings and an old barn. In the foreground, the numerous bright flowers, such as ranunculus and corn poppies, as well as multiple yellow, orange and, at the bottom, pink small bloomers, among bright greens in the sunlight. In the background, towering blooming sunflowers, as well as several angled wooden poles for growing vegetables, under a blue sky. Masterly work of the well-known artist, conveying the summer atmosphere in colourful variety, with mostly quick brushwork and partly impasto application of paint. Small frame damages.
