Décoration de la Fidélité (1816-1830),
in the form of a five-pointed white enamelled silver star, point down, surmounted by a fleur-de-lys, normally linked to a silver royal crown (missing). The center bears, on the obverse, the effigy of Louis XVIII in gold, surrounded by a blue enamelled net on which one can read: "FIDELITE - DEVOUEMENT"; on the reverse, a silver fleur-de-lys on a streaked gold background, surrounded by the inscription "12 APRIL - 3 MAY 1814 - 19 MARCH - 8 JULY 1815" on a blue enamel circle. Chips of enamel. The ribbon is missing.

History
Created by Royal Order of February 5, 1816, this badge reserved for the National Guard of Paris replaces that of the Lily for this formation from this date. The decoration of Fidelity is strictly reserved for the six hundred national guards in service in 1815.
