Splendid example of the best jeweler's quality from the 2nd half of the 19th century. The medallions are made of three parts. Minor traces of wear. In beautiful original red leather case. Inner part with dark blue velvet inlay. In the silk lining of the inner cover gold stamped maker's label "BURY & LEONHARD / HOF - JUWELIERE / HANAU".
