Wooden statue depicting a figure with cubist volumes, resting on semi-folded flared legs. The arms, glued to the abdomen, are bent at right angles, the hands brought back around the bulbous ambilical area. The head, with emaciated features, is imposing. Under the rounded forehead, the small pupils are set in deep sockets. The corners of the wide mouth are lowered. Ibibio style - Nigeria Height : 35 cm W : 9 cm
