Nice proof on strong laid paper, the price erased, before number 3. Folio number 4 in pen and sepia ink in the upper right corner. A small hole in the building at the left edge. Normal medial vertical fold, fractured at foot for 10 cm, with old restoration on verso. Left edge irregular, slightly ragged, with small binding tab holes. Wide margins. 1st Parisian edition.
