Part of service in fine earthenware of Gien "Rambouillet" polychrome: -16 large plates decorated with partridges -20 large plates decorated with woodcocks - 15 large plates decorated with rabbits -27 large plates decorated with ducks -18 large plates with pheasants -16 large plates with hares -12 small plates with partridges -12 dessert plates with woodcock -12 soup plates with different decorations: rabbit, pheasant, partridge -7 oval serving plates, one of which is hollow with a deer design -7 round dishes, 5 of which are decorated with trophies of arms and 2 with deer -8 round hollow dishes decorated with trophies of arms 4 and 4 decorated with boars -2 terrines decorated with pheasants -1 vase with ducks -1 square dish with ducks Designed by Jean Bertholle, to meet the request of the President of the Republic René Coty, this hand-painted decoration was created in 1955 to equip the prestigious residences which sheltered the presidential hunts.
