The Avantime was produced by MATRA for RENAULT in Romorantin-Lanthenay between 2001 and 2003. Only 8,557 examples were produced. It innovated by being the first and only "Coupéspace": a concept which was at the edge of the monospaces and the top-of-the-range coupes. The example we present deserves to be preserved and restored because only a few examples have been produced and it will probably be coveted by collectors in the years to come.
