Starting price : 5 000 The YAMAHA 1200 VMax was presented in October 1984 in Las Vegas. Originally, the VMax was to be distributed only on the American and Japanese markets. But the French importer, Jean-Claude Olivier, convinced Yamaha's management to sell him about ten VMax. He had the idea to make these bikes run during the summer in a very popular place: Saint-Tropez. The publicity stunt was a success, orders came pouring in and the management decided to distribute the VMax in Europe in 1986. The car we present is in a good condition and needs some work to be put back on the road, it has been repainted and is equipped with 2 new Metzeler tires. Note that the two air intake grills are missing.
