Cold fillet on the boards, spines decorated, red morocco title-pieces, dark green for the tomaison. Nice set, well done pastiche binding. The first two volumes dated 1789 contain the 160 issues of the Journal général de la France, 656 pp. Then 23 issues of supplements, 96 pp. The other 3 volumes contain the year 1790, that is 272 issues plus a few extra issues, and 1 supplement issue. Nice and rare set well bound. Counter-revolutionary newspaper appearing every 2 or 3 days.
