A late Victorian diamond set target brooch, c.1890, A late Victorian diamond set target brooch, c.1890, with an old European cut diamond, in a cut down collet at the centre. Concentric rows of old European cut diamonds, all in cut down collets and applied to gold blade edge bars, with a later brooch fitting. Tested as approximately silver, backed in 15ct gold. 28mm diameter, 6.54g Condition Report: Tarnished. Diamonds bright and lively. Original pendant fitting deficient. later brooch fitting.
