CHOCOLATIERE in silver. PARIS, Guillaume PIGERON (received master in 1762), 1765-1766 (body: letter-date B) and 1766-1767 (lid: letter-date C). Standing on three sabot feet, the chocolate pot, with a neck girdled with strong fillets and a side handle in wood turned into a bulging sleeve with a disc. The domed lid, decorated with fillets, is topped by a removable knob. Poucier with winding. Presented with a light wood foamer. Slightly sunken feet in the body. Height 18 cm; net weight 381 g.
