Baroque door frame. Andalusia, pps. 18th c. Carved, gilded and polychrome wood. Removable in three parts. Measurements: 240 x 168 x 26 cm; 180 x 125 cm (internal part). Baroque Andalusian door frame. In carved and gilded wood, with polychromy, it follows formal patterns of the late Baroque. The alternation of fleshy spires, scrolls, scallops and rockery motifs define the mixtilinear profile of the opening and the relief work, rich in textures. The moulded entablature is curved for the projecting coping.
