BOHEMIA crystal goblet. Bohemia, Ca. 1725.
Blown glass and enamel.
Curious and rare glass cup blown glass Bohemia translucent. decorated at the top with mythological scene in gold leaf finely chiseled and cut. The lower part is bell-shaped and decorated with black enamelled borders, with a silver-plated base.
Piece with similar characteristics in "The Art of Glass in Europe" by Olga Drahotova, p. 150.
Provenance: Private Spanish collection, formed between 1970 and 2010.
Good preservation. Normal wear and tear due to use and the passage of time.
Measurements: 25 cm (height) x 11 cm (largest diameter).
