RV.: IOVI CONSERVATORI AVGG, Jupiter standing facing left, holding Victoria on globe in right, carrying chlamys over left shoulder, supporting sceptre staff with left. In the left field: wreath. In the right field: B. SMK in exergue.

Valerius Licinianus Licinius:
Roman emperor from 308 to 324. For most of his reign he was a colleague and rival of Constantine I, with whom he drafted the Edict of Milan (313 AD), which officially granted tolerance to Christians in the Roman Empire.
