VALENCIENNES 1781 - 1789
Silver tripod coffee pot. Model with twisted ribs, the attachments of the feet with scrolls, the spout and the lid taking again the same decoration. The hinged lid is topped with a stylized palm tree bordered by a row of large faceted pearls. The handle with two points of attachment is maintained by two discs. Engraved on the reverse BIB.

Marked : on the reverse side of the body, under the feet, on the spout, and traces of marks under the nut of the lid, re-marked in 1798 - 1809 perhaps by the goldsmith Henri MOUSSEUX.
