Rare ewer or Schnabelkanne, on which was placed a silver lid (modified fastener?), appearing in alternation winged cherubs heads and cartridges with swan decoration, triton-shaped dust, probably 17th century, long spout decorated in suite and in relief, fleur-de-lis and palmettes. Raeren, workshop of Ian MENNICKEN, around 1590, for the ceramic. Height : 32 cm Condition : the silver elements have been reworked. Bibliography : D.A Van BASTELAER, Les grès wallons,1885. G.
