Beautifully illustrated with intaglio headpieces and woodcut capitals. Complete work, with a total of 150 intaglio engravings, each accompanied by description. Vol. I, the frontispiece is designed by the author himself and engraved by M. Pool; the dedication plate and plan are designed and engraved by M. Pool; the author's portrait drawn by J.C. le Blon and engraved by C. Vermeulen. The plates are not signed. Heavy weight paper, intermittent signs of rust.
