A CHINESE BRONZE ORNAMENT IN THE STYLE OF THE FLYING HORSE OF GANSU, the ornament shows a horse in full flight with one leg standing upon a swallow bird. The original Flying Horse of Gansu was discovered in 1969, when it was unearthed from a Han tomb at Leitai in Wuwei. The tomb belonged to General Zhang of Zhangye and dates back over 2000 years old. Dimensions: 6 inches tall x 7.5 inches long approximately.
