Jean Lambert-Rucki worked in the workshops of Jean Dunand for him as well as for his own account; the technique of mosaic, initiated by the restoration work he did in Salonika in 1916, interested him for a time; he realized at this same period (1931-1935) a set of 7 mosaics whose drawings were by Jean Dunand.
