Gilt bronze and cloisonné ruyi sceptre decorated with the inscription "Fu Shou Kang Ning" (Happiness, longevity, health and tranquility), surrounded by bats and lingzhi among clouds on a turquoise blue background, the head of the ruyi decorated with five bats (five happinesses) surrounding a yin yang symbol, the lower part with rocks emerging from the waves. The back is decorated with stylized lotus flowers on a turquoise blue background.
